Synthesis of the Intelligent Polymer Nanogel

A type of intelligent nanogel was prepared, which was sensitive to temperature. The nanogels were composed by N-isopropylacrylamide. The optimization of the systhetic conditions by a modified soap-less emulsion polymerization was also studied. We focused on the diameter size controlling, intelligent properties of temperature sensitivity, morphologic characterization and microstructure of nanogel network. Higher poly-dispersivity and smaller particles can be achieved in the system initiated by light compared to the thermal initiation. |
The Preparations of Silymarin-loaded Solid Lipid Nanoparticles(SM-SLN) for oral solution

The preparation technique of SLN was employed to prepare oral solution of SM-SLN. Mean diameter of products is from 100nm to 200nm, entrapment efficiency is above 90% and drug loading is about 10%. To take Legalon 140 capsules and Yigan Ling Pian as reference preparations, the relative bioavailability of Oral preparations of SM-SLN were 199%(Legalon as reference) ,258%(Yigan Ling Pian as reference) respectively. In addition, the preparation methods of oral solution of SM-SLN were simple which will be convenient to scale-up. |
